What’s your food allergy?
Natural energy foods, like soy and flax, are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids and are especially good for people with certain dietary needs, including those with chronic health conditions.
For example, soy is known to be particularly good for reducing inflammation, blood sugar and cholesterol.
Soy also has been shown to reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and stroke.
But in terms of the kind of foods you should be eating to get the most benefit, it’s hard to beat whole grain bread, rice, pasta and potatoes.
But how do you know if your food allergies are really all about the proteins in the grain?
“Most of the time, the most common food allergy is not really about the whole grain itself,” says Dr. James Buehler, a nutritionist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
“Most food allergies tend to be about the ingredients in the food that are added.”
That can be a big problem because, in some cases, a food allergy can lead to health issues such as constipation, diarrhea and constipation that make it hard to get around.
That’s why Dr. Buehl says if you’re allergic to wheat or rye or barley, you should start with a small amount of a grain that contains these proteins.
“If you want to eat more whole grains, start with some of those foods,” he says.
It’s important to start with healthy, whole-grain foods.

How to find foods with health benefits The best way to find out if your allergy to a food is all about its protein is to take a test.
It may take about two weeks to get your results, but you can always check on the Internet.
If it comes back positive, it might be because you have a very low-grade protein allergy, Dr. Thomas says.
“But it could also be that you’re reacting to a chemical that’s in the grains or that’s being processed by your body.
So it could be that the protein is being destroyed by the digestive tract,” he explains.
So be sure to take the test before you eat, or you could end up having a really bad reaction.
Another tip: avoid eating wheat or rice, as these are considered “high-protein” foods.
This could be a sign that you have an allergy to both of these types of grains.
